Spencer Lee PE, SE

Founder and CEO

Spencer has 19 years of industry experience and offers a unique combination of traditional structural engineering consulting and software development for RC and PT concrete building and bridge structures. At ADAPT Structural Concrete Software, he served as Director of Client Services and Technical Support as well as Chief Technical Officer.

He has lead and directed technical software services for ADAPT’s global client-base including technical support for 2D and 3D finite element analysis and design software, technical media, and software training, consulting and application.

Prior to his time with ADAPT, he gained several years of experience in structural consulting and design of building and entertainment structures. With in-depth knowledge of post-tensioned and conventional reinforced concrete analysis and design and traditional engineering consulting he is in tune with industry requirements, domestic and international design codes and technology necessary to lend expert services.

Spencer earned his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University in Civil Engineering and M.S. degree from Virginia Tech in Structural Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Structural Engineer (SE) and a member of the ACI and PTI where he sits on the PTI-DC20 committee for Building Design.
